The Jabu Bags from Swaziland
Jabu Bags is an income-generating project in the rural areas of Swaziland. Two
groups of women rom the Kalanga and Velezizweni Chiefdoms, work together
to make cloth bags promoting skill sharing within the groups and financial independence. The Jabu Bag is a cloth
bag with colourful fabric from both Mozambique & Tanzania. The inside is polycotton and has a little pocket for
added convenience. This style of bag is approximately 12"x16" in size.
