Afrcn Apprl is selling socially conscious shirts that are made in Africa from African grown cotton.  The roots of the apparel can be traced to Malawi where the cotton is grown by family farmers. Cotton, for many of the farmers, is a crop that has supported many generations. The crop can make or break entire villages; therefore, Afrcn Apprl pays a fair price for this cotton. Once harvestable, the cotton is plucked from the stem and sent to ginners, who ringspin it and weave it into fabric. The fabric is dyed and sent to a factory where the workers receive a fair wage to cut, trim, and stitch our apparel. Lastly, the clothing is brought Stateside for design and printing.

With the sale of each shirt a portion of the proceeds is given to the Africa Bags micro-lending project.  You can get a great shirt that helps Africa in numerous ways!

Don't forget to choose Africa Bags as your project of choice to send the donation to!  The shirts are made in Africa and are approximately one size smaller than shirts made elsewhere.  Please adjust your size accordingly.
