Getting back in shape after pregnancy
Hello ladies, I gave birth 8 months ago. I’ve lost most of the weight, but there’s still softness on my stomach and arms. I train 3 times a week, but I’m afraid of overdoing it. I don’t want to look skinny-fat. Has anyone used any serious help to reveal muscles while still looking feminine? No harsh stuff, please.
